Every HAT CASA order gets a tracking link by email as soon as it ships. If it hasn't arrived, check your spam folder first.

How long should it take?
Everything is made to order, so there's production time before your parcel ships — usually about a business day. Delivery is on top of that.
- United States: 5–8 business days, free on every order.
- Canada: 10–30 business days for Standard, 12–35 for Economy.
These are estimates rather than guarantees — carrier and customs delays are outside our control.
Tracking hasn't moved in a few days
Give it 24 hours first — carriers often go quiet between scans. If it's still stuck, email hello@hatcasa.com with your order number and we'll chase it for you.
It says delivered but nothing arrived
Check with anyone else at the address and have a look around the property — parcels are sometimes left in unexpected places, and occasionally scanned as delivered a day early. If it still hasn't turned up, email us with your order number and we'll open a case with the carrier.
