Shipping policy

Everything at HAT CASA is made to order, so there's production time before your parcel ships — usually about a business day. Delivery time is on top of that.

Where we ship

We currently ship to the United States and Canada.

Delivery estimates

• United States: 5–8 business days. Free on every order, with no minimum spend.

• Canada: 10–30 business days for Standard, 12–35 business days for Economy. Rates are calculated at checkout.

These are estimates rather than guarantees. Carrier delays and customs processing are outside our control.

Tracking

You'll receive a tracking link by email as soon as your order ships — check your spam folder if it hasn't arrived. If tracking hasn't updated in a few days, email hello@hatcasa.com with your order number and we'll chase the carrier for you.

Customs and import charges

Canadian orders may be subject to duties or import charges. Where these apply, they are the recipient's responsibility and are not included in the price paid at checkout.

Incorrect addresses

Please double-check your address at checkout. Because items are made to order, we can't always catch a mistake before production starts. If a parcel is returned to us because the address was incomplete or incorrect, we'll contact you to arrange reshipping.
